Summary

We conducted a series of Industry Pulse surveys of operators between October 2021 and September 2022. The survey was offered in five languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. We received over 3,500 qualified responses from operators worldwide. This report focuses on operators’ usage of and satisfaction with online booking systems, where they are on the journey to connectivity, and what their tech priorities are going forward. Why read this report? Operators: Understand current industry standards for technology adoption and satisfaction, benchmark your own business against the industry, and see where there may be opportunities for you to improve technology strategy. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
